Refund & Exchange Policy

Products/items ordered online can be exchanged by sending it at our office.

Products under the PatPat brand are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. However, orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

To request a cancellation, please contact us via:

Cancellation requests submitted after the 24-hour window will not be entertained.

In case you want to exchange, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to mail@gudgudey.com.

All products purchased from gudgudey.com can be exchanged within 15 days only if;

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the products or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased. 
  • You must email photographic evidence and video of opening the package so there is no issue in the return of the defective items at mail@gudgudey.com, within 3 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
